Talos Dynamics has designed a vacuum sealed individual first aid kit (IFAK) that is designed to be carried every day. The PTRK-FL stands for “Penetrating Trauma Response Kit-First Line.” This med kit has the basic essentials for immediately treating life threatening penetrating traumatic injuries until additional help arrives. The form factor (modeled after the size of an AR-15 magazine) allows the Officer, Firefighter, EMS professional or prepared Citizen to comfortably carry lifesaving medical equipment on their person to immediately treat life-threatening traumatic injuries.
