Talos Dynamics provides world class equipment to assist today’s Public Safety Professional in accomplishing your mission safely and effectively.
We provide equipment that we know firsthand and trust, backed with real world knowledge of the products that we carry. With over 20 years of experience working in the Public Safety field, including EMS, Law Enforcement and Fire we have a unique perspective on products that perform when it counts.
We want to bring our experience and expertise in Public Safety to Agencies looking for equipment that works for them. We do not sell products that we don’t believe in or have not used ourselves.
Talos Dynamics does more than provide exceptional equipment at a great value to your Agency. We tailor our recommendations for equipment to your Department’s needs and bring the best value to our customers.

Tom Lovett
Tom was born and raised in Rochester, MN. He graduated from John Marshall High School where he was a goalie on the hockey team. After High School, Tom played junior and college hockey, graduating from Winona State with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Tom worked his way through college as a Paramedic with Gold Cross Ambulance and was hired as a firefighter with the Rochester Fire Department in 2007, where he still works as a Captain. Tom has been a SWAT Paramedic since 2007 and still actively serves on a team. Away from work, Tom trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is an instructor at his academy, holding the rank of 2nd degree black belt. He enjoys the shooting sports, particularly handgun, rifle and precision rifle and is always seeking out training to improve his skills. Tom is married to Amanda, the President and brains behind Talos Dynamics and they have two beautiful girls together, Vivian and Alice. Keeping life hectic are two dogs, Brabo, a Czech German Shepherd and Rocco, a Belgian Malinois.
Amanda Lovett
Amanda was born in Austin, MN and then moved to Rochester, MN during elementary school. She graduated from John Marshall High School, where she danced as a JM Rockette. After High School, Amanda went on to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Business through St. Mary’s University in Minneapolis, MN. She then continued with her education at St. Mary’s to pursue a Master’s in Health and Human Services Administration. Throughout college, Amanda worked at various restaurants and businesses where she continued to execute management opportunities. In 2009, she began her management career at a large health care organization where she spent over a decade serving two esteemed departments. It was through this experience that Amanda recognized her passion for providing extraordinary customer service and fostering strong business relationships. While she thoroughly enjoyed working fulltime, she leaped at a once and a lifetime opportunity to spend more time at home raising her two little girls: Vivian and Alice. As if chasing two kids and two dogs around was not enough excitement, she was thrilled to utilize her business talent in launching Talos Dynamics LLC, with her partner-in-crime, Tom in 2020.
